Welcome to GK Celesta. By booking our venue or using our website (http://gkcelesta.com/), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Payments
Reservation: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the initial advance payment and a signed booking form.
Payment Schedule: The remaining balance must be cleared as per the agreed timeline (usually 15–30 days) prior to the event date.
Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, the advance payment is typically non-refundable or subject to a cancellation fee, depending on how close the request is to the event date.
2. Venue Usage and Dimensions
Clients are entitled to use the booked spaces (Big Hall: 150ft x 55ft, Small Hall: 150ft x 30ft, or the 120ft x 40ft Lawn) only for the duration specified in the booking.
Non-Veg Parties: Specific protocols must be followed for non-veg parties. These must be held in the designated separate hall provided for this purpose.
Decor and Setup: All decorations must be discussed and approved in advance. Any damage to the walls, lighting, or floor will be charged to the client.
3. Facilities and Amenities
Stay Facility: We provide 20 rooms with standard amenities (Cot, Bed, Attached Washroom, Geyser, Grooming Mirror). Check-in and check-out times must be strictly followed.
Electricity & Backup: We provide 24/7 electrician assistance and a backup generator for venue lighting and operations. However, GK Celesta is not liable for technical failures beyond our control.
Water Supply: We provide unlimited water for general usage and hand wash areas. Please note that this water is not for drinking; clients are advised to arrange for packaged drinking water.
4. Catering and Food Services
Menu Compliance: For certain events, a Pure Veg menu is mandatory as per venue policy.
Catering Styles: We support various styles (Traditional Leaf, Modern Buffet, Live Counters). It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the kitchen and dining areas are kept in a reasonably hygienic state during the event.
5. Parking and Security
Capacity: We provide on-property parking for 300+ cars.
Security: While we provide security guards to assist with parking and general venue monitoring, GK Celesta is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings of the guests.
6. Code of Conduct and Safety
Sound Systems: Music and sound equipment must be operated within the permissible decibel limits and time durations as per local government regulations.
Prohibited Items: Hazardous materials, illegal substances, and unauthorized firearms are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Cleaning: Continuous cleaning of hand wash areas and toilets is provided by our staff; however, excessive littering may attract a cleaning surcharge.
7. Liability
GK Celesta shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues occurring during the event.
The client is responsible for any damage caused to the venue property by their guests, vendors, or staff.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
